Making the first step: Looking for support can feel daunting. I hope this information will help you in your search for a counsellor and support your decision whether an initial phone call or meeting could be a helpful first step.

Resolving, repairing, growing : We all possess the ability to resolve our personal challenges. We can all repair, find balance, build resilience and grow. It is about finding the right tools and the right support.

You may or may not already have a clear goal on what you would like to gain from our time together. Whatever your starting point is, we will establish a goal or multiple goals towards which we will direct the therapeutic process, safely and non-judgementally.

Working with you, adapted to you: I work as an integrative practitioner, thereby drawing on a range of therapy models to create a way of working that is tailored uniquely to each person. My practice is rooted in scientific evidence, extensive study and practical experience, adapted to individual needs, challenges, character and circumstance.

Open to all: I encourage people from all backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, identities, faiths, disability, sexuality, age and gender into my practice. I work with young adults, adults and senior citizens, providing counselling on both short term and long-term basis.

Overcoming your personal difficulties: I work with clients struggling with a range of difficulties, including low mood and depression, low self-esteem, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, traumatic events, bereavement and loss, anger issues, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, relationship problems, sexuality, and issues around lack of meaning, personal development and fulfilment.

Professional assurance: I am registered and accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means I have the qualifications and skills to work with you in a safe, ethical and professional way.
